Terms and Conditions
In order to place an order on STALL.PT you will need to select the products you want to buy and then proceed to checkout . There you will have to fill the form with your personal information and then proceed with the payment.
Therefore and as soon as possible we will confirm if your payment was accepted. If everything is ok you will receive on your e-mail an an order confirmation which means STALL accepted your order and it has been dispatched.
Occasionally items may be sold out. In that case you will be notified via email and you can choose to wait on the item replacement or the item can be voided and the purchase amount refunded.
Please make sure the name and address for deliever are correct. Also indicate your e-mail and phone number so we can be in touch with you if necessary.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect addressing if that’s the information you indicate on the checkout form. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If it happens, reach us so we can work out a solution.
All prices presented include fixed taxes.
The total value of your order includes the price of the selected products plus shipping costs.
Your contact and informations are only collected during the order and will never be shared with other people. We’ll keep your data confidential and we’ll only use it if we need to contact you and to share with you news about our shop.
By using STALL.PT you agree with the terms and conditions presented above.
All the orders are sent using CTT registered mail or Express Mail (in case of orders over 2kg).
When your order is placed during business days, we process and ship the order on 24-48h. We do not ship on weekends. The approximate delivery period is about 1 to 2 business days.
The shipping costs are directly related to the total weight of the order.
Currently STALL only ships to Portugal Continental.
If your book has arrived damaged or if we have sent you the wrong book please contact us and include the order number, details and the reason why you’re returning the book.
Items can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the receipt as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with original packaging.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
The refund amount corresponds to the total value of the purchase excluding shipping costs. We will only cover the total order costs (product, shipping and returning) if the reason for the return is our responsibility.
Please do not return any item until you have received a response to your email from us.
We accept payment through bank transfer or paypal. This option should be selected by you when ordering.
The receipt will be delivered along with your order.
All the information on the receipt is your responsibility. The invoice once issued cannot be changed.
If there is any problem with your order or if you have any more question, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll answer your e-mail as soon as possible under store runtime (from tuesday to saturday).
